Our new school softball team has minimal equipment and much of it is old and used, and while some of the girls have premium equipment purchased by their parents other children cannot afford it. I want the team to be more successful and compete on an even playing field by allowing all the girls to have access to premium equipment in the form of bats, outfielder gloves, and balls for games and training.
The pitcher/infielders glove, infield outfield glove, first base gloves can be used in practice and games while the pitching turf, and batting gloves can be used by pitchers and infielders both in games and in practice, and the turf can be used to train pitchers by any girl that wants to learn, and net will be used as our net is old and will be used in practice as practice with a net is essential.
This equipment will allow all the players to feel equal as they practice and compete.
