The softballs I have requested will make a difference in my athletes because softball offers a multitude of benefits beyond its physical aspects. Through teamwork, players learn collaboration and communication skills crucial for success both on and off the field. Softball fosters mental toughness, teaching resilience and the ability to adapt to challenges
My goals for this project is to help my athletes develop many different skills in key areas of their life.
My goals for this project is for my athletes to develop time management skills, mental health, self-esteem, confidence, character, leadership skills, overall total body conditioning and to form lifelong friendships.
