This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely LOVE my littles and watching them learn. I love to see them learn from each other, which I think is so important! These resources will be used in the morning as a soft start to their school day. During this time, I will give students a moment where they can engage in dramatic play and hands-on activities as they prepare themselves to start the school day.

I truly believe that by playing together, my kindergarteners will learn so much from one another!

I want to offer a dramatic play center where I can change themes monthly to fit our learning standards. Students won't even realize they are learning and teaching each other while they are playing with the grocery store, pet vet, and ice cream shop. They will be learning about important roles in the community and how to respect one another and their belongings.
