The students that would benefit from this project are all girls in high school. In order to play varsity soccer, they must have a 2.0 GPA and regularly attend all their classes. In addition to their schoolwork, they attend practice or games every day after school.
My Project
Many students would like to play high school sports but cannot afford the equipment to participate. While we provide the uniforms, the rest of the equipment used in soccer (e.g. cleats, shin guards, special undergarments, headbands, bags, water, etc.) are to be provided by the student-athletes.
Help me offset the cost to my players by providing them new, clean uniform socks.
I want to provide one new, clean pair of white and black socks to each girl on the varsity soccer team. This way, they will all match and not have borrowed, faded, ripped, or otherwise used socks to start the season.
