Sock Puppets

Help me give my students socks, storage bags, and yarn for the supplies to create the sock puppets they design to rehearse and perform their original plays.

My Project

Students will be learning about different types of puppetry and the playwriting format. They will work in small groups to write a short play, design and create a sock puppet character, rehearse their play, and then perform for the class.

In addition to supplies already donated (we've got felt, googly eyes, pipe cleaners, and gem stones), these items would give all 109 students access to what they need to bring their creations to life.

A small donation toward this project would help make sure that we have all the supplies we need.
