My Students
My students are faced with language delays. It is difficult for them to understand complex directions, learn social cues, and respond to peer interactions the way you and I do easily.
My students are special education students in a suburban Montessori school.
My students range from K-3rd grade. My students like learning new social skills and phrases to use throughout the school day. My students are engaged through technology and hands on tools.
My Project
Both the "My School Days" interactive CD and language magnets provide my students with the technology and hands on materials they love, while also helping them learn the skills they need to carry out daily living skills. These materials will help my students interact with peers, follow typical school rules, and learn common language phrases.
