My Project

I love getting to celebrate what makes people special. I also love supporting students in learning how to be their best selves in a way that allows them to build community. Many of my amazing scholars need both things. I would love to have books, like The Day You Begin and Tilda Tries Again, that help them learn about themselves and others and how to navigate various challenging situations. I would also love some supplies to make my room cozier and more comfortable for the students who enter it like wax melts and a lamp. Making a homey environment helps students to open up and feel at ease learning. Since I work in a busy part of the school, window clings provide a way to see if someone is at the door while maintaining appropriate privacy for the students that I work with.

I would love your support in celebrating what makes each child unique using the things that bind us together.
