My Project

Help me give my students tools to help learn coping skills and how to manage their social emotional well-being. The curriculum and tools on my list will help provide learning and comfort during times of dysregulation.

When my students are able to manage their feelings, they are able to learn in the classroom.

Big feelings are hard to navigate when you don't know what coping skills work for your big emotions. As a school psychologist, part of my job is to support my students with their social emotional learning. I work with students in groups and individually to help them build resilience, coping skills, and social skills.

I help my students learn to navigate these big feelings and how to talk about them. My students also need support in learning to boost their self-esteem an dhow to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts.

Please help my students learn coping skills and how to manage their social emotional health. I provide counseling for students on how to manage their feelings in the school setting.
