This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items we are requesting will without a doubt help increase our social, emotional awareness on all standards. By providing theraputty, picture books, coloring materials, flexible seating options and cleaning materials, our classroom will continue to grow as the students will engage in diversity amongst books and mental health work in the classroom.

Our goals for this project includes an inclusive learning space that empowers students to explore, discover, and excel.

We want our learning environment to feel nurturing and safe and we want the materials in this project to enhance the overall educational experience and promote a love of learning that extends into the student's homes as well.
