My Project

My project supports Social Emotional Learning (SEL), helping students manage emotions, build relationships, and develop empathy. I love how my students are kind, curious, and eager to grow—not just academically, but emotionally. To support their development, I’m creating a calming space in our classroom. Resources like **bubbles** and **kinetic sand** offer hands-on, sensory experiences that help students relax, refocus, and regulate their emotions. Bubbles encourage mindful breathing, while kinetic sand provides a soothing, tactile outlet. These tools will empower students to return to learning with calm minds and open hearts, building a positive classroom environment for everyone.
