Social Emotional Learning

Help me give my students a relatable and updated social, emotional curriculum that directly meets their needs. By developing these qualities, students can become more productive, self-aware, and socially aware citizens outside of the classroom in the years ahead.

My Project

Students come from varying backgrounds and need direct instruction in social emotional learning. Students need teaching and learning in coping skills, self-regulation, empathy, kindness and so much more.

Students will use these skills to better develop their regulation in order to access a deeper level of learning in all subject areas at school.

When social emotional learning is explicitly taught to students, they are able to use the tools to directly apply them in their everyday lives. Through these books and curriculum, students will be able to see examples and scenarios of how to handle their emotions.
