My Project
Communities In Schools is a comprehensive student support program that provides students with the tools and resources to be successful now and in their futures. We help students tap into their strengths to reach their goals and improve their lives. We understand the many needs students have and work to fill the gaps that exist in their lives.
My students are a wonderful group who are truly committed to having a great future, despite obstacles they may face.
In addition to individualized counseling, my students participate in a number of programs that support them academically and personally, allow them to build connections with one another, and provide them service learning opportunities.
The items in this project will be used in my Boys Group and Girls Group, which are psychoeducational small groups that meet all year long. I appreciate your generosity in supporting the students at AHS.
