My Project

These social-emotional learning and art supplies will enrich my students' community building through creative, collaborative, hands-on experiences that celebrate who students are and help develop caring peer relationships. This project includes emotions photo cards, an emotions flip book, diverse family photo cards, and yoga cards to support social-emotional self-awareness. It includes blocks to support collaboration. It also includes paints, paint brushes, construction paper, pens, and colored pencils to support self-expression through visual arts.

My students feel engaged by hand-on activities that center creativity and self-expression.

They love sharing about themselves and creating artwork to express their individuality. They love learning about and from one another through their emotions and through art. My students will be delighted by the possibilities these art supplies and community building supplies will bring!
