My Project

I have been a special education teacher for 2 years now. I have loved every minute of it and seeing each student grow! Many of my students struggle with their education and social/emotional skills. This past school year, I started "Social Stories" that I read to my students to help them understand how to behave, react in certain situations, and regulate their emotions. I did not have enough books to last all year, unfortunately.

I have seen firsthand how social stories have helped my students deal with their emotions in a healthier way!

Please consider helping my classroom have enough books to help with the big emotions they feel every day.
