This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are a small charter school that does not have a soccer field on our campus. In order to play our soccer games, we need to rent local fields in order to compete. Some of these fields do not have the items necessary for our students to perform at their top level. Through this project, we hope to buy portable team benches, team water jugs and canopies to keep our students safe from the weather.

Soccer is a winter season sports, which means our students are constantly playing in the rain, canopies will help our students stay warm when they are not actively on the field.
