Hurricanes and tornadoes are a way of life on the coast. Teachers on the coast are always having to deal with the loss of necessary items in the classroom when a storm takes place. This summer we were hit by a tornado that did a lot of damage in our schools and community. A new rug would benefit my students greatly so that they would have a nice clean area to sit on. Learning is so important to my boys and girls. This would allow them the space on the floor to learn and explore.
