This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
"Clear Eyes, Full Hearts, Can't Lose." The students in our classroom are my inspiration. They work incredibly hard considering many of them are coming from challenging backgrounds. Despite these difficulties, every single one of them has a great deal of potential that is waiting to be tapped.
I have 18 amazingly focused students who are determined to succeed despite any challenges that they may encounter.
Many do not speak English at home, and most have individualized education plans. This diversity makes our classroom a perfect microcosm of the real world.
My Project
Honestly, the students deserve a welcoming classroom environment and a rug would make the area more warm and comfy looking.
I want to add comfort to their flexible seating arrangement and ensure that they are 'snug as bug on a rug.'
It has been a long year and when the students begin entering the room I would like for them to be comfortable while they are learning. Please help me create a room the students are proud to call their own and give them a space they can certainly appreciate.
