This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students would greatly benefit from hands-on Snap Circuit activities, STEM Kits, and real plant growing kits to support their science curriculum in 4th grade. Children learn best from hands-on experiences, by building and taking apart, trial and error, and learning why things work or don't work.
The Snap Circuits and STEM Kits would support our units on energy conversions, different form of energy, and plant kits would support our life cycle unit by allowing children to grow their own plants from seeds and watch them mature.
