This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My after school students are amazing, funny, kind, caring, and resilient. Our after school program helps keep students safe once the school bell rings at the end of the day. We provide engaging enrichment and academic classes at our low-income school. They love staying afterschool and have so much fun learning from their dedicated teachers and volunteers.
With your help, we can support our low-income students with hands-on manipulatives that support STEM subjects and help them develop a lifelong love of learning in a supportive environment.
Our students will work collaboratively and independently with these Snap Circuit kits that support fine-motor skills and cognitive skills as well as communication and creativity skills.
