This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are awesome! They are energetic and hungry for Science. They come to my classroom eager for new Science investigations.

Most of my students come from low- socioeconomic and one parent homes.

School is their life! We have an Extended Day Program to help students with their homework and provide them opportunities to get ahead through after school tutorials. I would like to provide my students the opportunity to create things and develop their vocabulary and social skills along with our curriculum

My Project

Snap Circuits Electricity Exploration Kits are an awesome way to help my students understand the uses of energy and closed and open circuits. This project requests several of those.

The exploration kits will provide my students with hours of engaging activities that will allow my students the opportunity of learning to focus on a project and complete to get an end result which will be the actual project itself.

Snap Circuits Electricity Exploration kits will allow students to follow through with a writing activity to explain each activity summarizing in journals. These snap circuits will be continuous activities that will offer hours of exploration throughout the school year.
