My Project

The art of letter writing is a very important skill that is quickly being lost. Help me provide my students with letter-writing materials. I am hoping to fund this project for stationary, coloring supplies, and postage.

My students will write letters to military service men and women as well as elderly people in our community.

My students will gain empathy for others that are away from their families serving our country. They will also be encouraged to think of elderly people in nursing homes that may enjoy a handwritten letter from a child!
