This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Remember going to school and sitting for about 8 hours in a chair listening to the teacher? There were times where you may have wanted to learn and may have not want to learn. My students are the exact same way.

Every single day, they always come prepared to learn new things.

Despite all the challenges they face at home, they enjoy the time listening/talking about what they learned in class and tying what they learned to their own experiences. Their drive to learn new topics in school never stops.

My Project

With this project, students will be provided with snacks that they love and enjoy. My students do sometimes come to class and have no motivation to do anything. This is natural since life happens. Life happens and it can be good things or not.

Being able to provide the students with snacks they enjoy will simply bring smiles to their faces.

A small thing can go a long way. My number one priority with my students is to make them happy and feel safe. I have learned that a student is willing to learn when they are happy, safe, and secure. I can't do much for them outside of school, but I can provide them happiness in the classroom simply by giving them snacks they would enjoy. With your help, you will bring smiles onto the students faces. They will forever be grateful in your generosity.
