This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our third-grade classroom, students work hard every day to grow, explore, and achieve their best. However, hunger can be a big obstacle to learning. I am requesting snacks to ensure my students have the nourishment they need to stay focused, energized, and engaged throughout the day.

Many of my students rely on school for meals, and having snacks available will help bridge the gap between breakfast and lunch or provide an extra boost during long learning periods.

A well-fed student is a more attentive and confident learner, and these snacks will support both their academic success and overall well-being.
