This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My student athletes are required to go to study hall to catch up on homework or any missing work. They need some drinks and snacks to work harder in school.
The students are hungry after a long day of studying. In practice, we want to make sure if the kids are hungry that we provide a light snack and drink so that they can compete at their best level.
We try to feed 500 kids on a daily basis. They come from low-income families and if all we have to do is feed them to succeed, we will.
