I teach a wonderful group of fourth grade students. They are kindhearted children who love to learn new things. I am excited to come to school every day because they make every day special. They are hardworking and very inquisitive. They love to work in groups and explore with hands-on experiments.
My students are African American and Hispanic children from low-income households.
They work super hard daily without complaining. It has been truly an honor to be their teacher.
My Project
The students get hungry at the end of the day. They need something to snack on. Snacks are good for kids because they help them stay focused at school and on homework, give them needed nutrients, and keep hunger at bay. When timed correctly, snacks can help kids get the energy and nutrients they need. Due to the global pandemic parents are having a difficult time supplying their kids with snacks to eat during the school day. I would like to provide them with your help. Thank you in advance!
