This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Pretzels, Cheez Its, and Goldfish Crackers will help give my Second Graders a daily snack. Each year, I give my students time to eat a snack and refuel their bodies. Many students are unable to bring a daily snack but students ask if there is a snack available.
This snack project ensures students that don't bring a snack will have a snack when needed to help students stay engaged and energized throughout the day.
Quill is a very important resource to get many school related items including snacks for my students. When students have a snack available as needed it can make a big difference in their ability to concentrate and participate in lessons.
