My Project
I teach a fantastic group of students in one of the most diverse schools in the country. We have a large population of English language learners, including newcomers. My students love coming to school, and they love learning! I am requesting snacks for recess, field trips, and special celebrations. I will also use the snacks for students who forget their snacks.
Snack time is an integral part of our school day.
My students can eat a mid-morning snack to nourish and fuel their brains. Many don't eat breakfast in the morning, so a snack is essential. I want to provide my students simple snacks like Rice Krispy treats, Pringles, and cookies during snack time.
Providing my students with granola, cookies, rice crispies, and other snacks will give them the energy to concentrate on assignments and feel good about participating during class. I have also requested some sweet treats like chocolate chips and coconut that will be used for a cooking experience and PBIS rewards. I appreciate your support!
