My Project

Our wonderful students are headed back into the classroom. They need snacks to help them with the big transition to high school. I want to make back to school special for them.

When students are tired and hungry they can't learn effectively.

I want to provide them with what they need to be successful as they adapt to their new routines. I specifically teach 9th grade, so they will also be adapting to a new school that is very large compared to their middle schools. I open my classroom during lunch so students have a safe, warm, and quiet place to hang out during that time. I hope to meet my students with warmth and care as they transition into high school from middle school.
