My Project

Remember when you would go to kindergarten in the morning and get to go home at lunchtime? The days of half-day kindergarten are over, and kindergartners now attend school all day. This can be a very long day for a kindergartener.

Kindergartners face the challenge of staying engaged and on-task during a long, full school day.

It is very difficult to stay focused on learning when you have an empty stomach.

Snacks such as crackers, fruit snacks, chips, cookies, and candy can provide many nutrients and minerals that a growing kindergartner needs between meals.
