My Project

As an adult, it can be difficult for me to concentrate on and complete tasks each day on an empty stomach. But, that is the reality many of my students face on a daily basis. I have witnessed several students walking in to start their day in a "hangry" mood, coming to school in an angry state of mind because of a lack of food at home. This causes the students to not only be in a bad mood but also causes a lack of concentration that they can't overcome on their own.

As their teacher, it is my job to make sure my students have enough nutrients to maintain focus, curb their hunger throughout the school day, and not walk around "hangry".

Thank you in advance for providing my students with a supply of snacks that can help improve their focus throughout the school day as well as their moods.
