This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are becoming young adults and it is so beautiful to see! Each and every one of them are so charismatic in their own ways, filling the halls with an abundance of positive spirit. They do extremely well in school and staying out of trouble, despite the numerous difficulties they face on a day-to-day basis. Throughout any and all adversities, they show up and do their best to stay motivated each day. Our students don't always have food at home and many of them come to school hungry, asking for snacks or meals. This project will help me give my students fuel to keep them going during their school days.
