My Project

My school is a Title I school, and it supplies every child with breakfast and lunch daily. These students come from differing backgrounds, speaking many different languages, thereby creating a unique and diverse school.

Despite the difficulties of learning during COVID-19, these students have shown resilience and perseverance beyond what any of us could have imagined.

Our school is offering math and reading tutoring after school every week. When students stay after school, they are hungry after a long day of learning. These students are eager to stay and get extra support after school. Having something to eat after school will help their brain function and will help them to stay focus on their learning. It is a simple request that will make a huge impact on these students.
