My Project
I love that my scholars love to learn new skills and think critically. They work well together, encourage one another, and love celebrating each other. I believe in refueling their brains with energy by allowing them to enjoy a snack in between breakfast and lunch to help keep them energized and focused.
Healthy snacks help manage kids' hunger and boost nutrition. Snacks can keep them from getting so hungry that they get cranky. Snacks may help prevent overeating at meals. And for picky eaters of all ages, snacks are a chance to add more nutrients to their diets.
Why is food important for education?
Research shows that eating habits and healthy behaviors are connected to academic achievement.
