This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergartners are curious, energetic, and loving students who get hungry after P.E.

I would love to bring into our kindergarten classroom a variety of different types of organic healthy snacks and treats along with paper towels to use for spills and napkins!

My students have lunch at 11:00 a.m., recess and then they have P.E. at 1:00 p.m. After P.E. they say that they are starving and I would love to be able to provide snacks for this time of the day! I also want to expose them and try healthier organic options of snacks with better ingredients! I also know if they aren't hungry they will be focused and have a better learning experience!
