My students come to school eager to learn even though most of them are faced with challenges that some adults couldn’t even imagine being in.
They are fun to be around and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for them to have amazing learning experiences while they are sitting in my classroom. These students have helped shape and mold me into becoming a better educator. I am so fortunate and blessed to be their teacher.
My Project
I teach fourth grade students and a quarter of my class is considered homeless. While this may be the case, they don't allow it to define what they do in the classroom.
I am looking to provide students with snacks to enjoy and new flexible seating stools.
These items will help provide motivation so that they continue to strive to be on their best behavior. The snacks will provide students with food that they can enjoy since our lunch is so late in the day.
My students love using flexible seating. The wobble stools will be a welcome addition in our classroom. The students will enjoy sitting on them and getting some of their wiggles out.
