Project Overview:
Help me give my students Oreos, Rice Krispies, Pringles, and team-building games to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

How These Items Will Make a Difference:
The snacks I’m requesting—Oreos, Rice Krispies, and Pringles—are more than just treats; they’re tools to keep our students energized and ready to learn. Hunger can be a major distraction, and by providing these snacks, we can ensure that students stay focused and motivated throughout the day. The educational games will be used during break times and counseling sessions to encourage teamwork, problem-solving, and social interaction, all of which are essential for their overall development.
Goals for This Project:
1. Enhance Focus: By providing snacks, we aim to reduce hunger-related distractions and improve students' concentration in the classroom.
2. Promote Social Skills: The games will serve as a fun way to build teamwork and communication skills, helping students develop strong, positive relationships with their peers.
3. Support Well-being: Offering these snacks and games will create a more nurturing environment, where students feel cared for and valued, which is essential for their emotional and academic growth.
My students are an incredible group of middle schoolers who show resilience and determination every day. They come from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their unique strengths and challenges to the table. Despite facing various obstacles, they are eager to learn and grow. What makes them special is their unwavering curiosity, creativity, and the sense of community they foster among themselves. By supporting this project, you’re not just providing snacks and games—you’re investing in the potential of young minds who are ready to thrive with a little extra care and encouragement.
