Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting snacks, so students can focus on the math around them. Several students always enter class hungry, and they can't focus on learning when they are hungry! In addition, I am requesting better organization for students to access the materials they need easily.
So, let there be light!
My students appreciate learning when snacks are available. Students would also appreciate having better lighting options. Instead of using the overhead, bright, fluorescent lights, they can have warm color string lights and lamps around the classroom. I know my students would appreciate these items greatly!
