This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing human beings who come to school everyday to learn and explore. There are times when they arrive at school hungry. Maybe it was a rough morning, maybe they missed school breakfast, or maybe they are growing and need a little snack to get them to lunch.
Having snacks to provide students helps keep them focused and in class.
Our classroom is our home during the day and having the basic necessities to help may students do their very best is important. I want them to stay regulated and in a space where they are fully focused on learning!
