This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My Kindergarten students are full of curiosity, love, and enthusiasm. They surprise me each and every day. I am very lucky to have such a great bunch of students. My Kindergarteners are always ready to try something new and because of that, I want to be a better teacher for them.
My students make me laugh everyday and they remind me of why I chose this profession.
My Project
Providing snacks will make a big difference in my students learning. It will help them be more successful by keeping them full and focused. Such a simple request will make a huge impact on my students. 100% of the students at our school have free lunch, and some parents can't provide a snack for their child.
I am able to provide fun and themed activities with the help of Teachers Pay Teachers.
It allows us to buy activity plans, lesson plans, and give students a variety of activities. Something so small can keep students fully engaged. I'm asking for Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards to help purchase grade level resources and activities for my students. The resources available on Teachers Pay Teachers are subject-based, grade-level appropriate, relevant, current, and engaging for students.
