My students come to school very hungry every day. I always put the extra breakfast, snacks, and lunch aside so that on Fridays I can send them home with a few things to eat over the weekend. With school being closed at this time, I am worried that they are not getting enough food.
My students are not picky when it comes to food.
They will eat anything as long as they get something in the belly. Please consider donating to this project and helping get food, snacks, and juice into the homes of my students.
My Project
My students not only come to school every day to learn but to get some food in their bellies. Our school provides 100% free lunches and snacks. Students get breakfast as they enter the classroom each day. With school being closed right now, I am not really sure how much my students are being fed.
Please help me bring the mac and cheese, ramen noodle soup cups, chips, Pop-Tarts, fruit snacks, apple sauce, and juice into my students' homes.
If I can get this project funded, then I will be somewhat at ease knowing that my students are getting some sort of food while they are at home.
