Food insecurity continues to be a big issue in the world today. It makes it hard for our young scholars to focus on classwork and test when their tummies are rumbling.
Sometimes they just need a little something to tide them over until the next meal.
With the snacks donated through this project, I hope to at least put a dent in my students' hunger. Growing up is hard enough as it is. Kids shouldn't also have to worry about having something to eat on top of that. Let's work together to work towards tackling one of the barriers that prevent our students from learning!
