My Project
I am requesting snacks that I can add to my classroom bin where my students can use "Our Class Bucks" to purchase snacks to eat while learning and working on their classwork.
My students come from low income housing and they are in need of various snacks to fill-in and help them when they are hungry in-between meal times at school.
My students also love to use "Our Class Bucks" to purchase snacks that they will enjoy in school as well as take them home so they have a snack for at home.
Having snacks that my students can purchase is useful for teaching them how to count money as well as teaching them how to use their money effectively and correctly.
