Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One-hundred percent of students at my school qualify for free lunch. Some parents can't provide a snack for their child. Providing a snack will give parents something less to worry/stress about.

Having a snack available for all my students will help them all stay focused and engaged during instruction.

Providing snacks makes the difference between students learning and being successful or not being successful. Such a simple request will make a huge impact on my students. They will be able to focus and keep their stamina up for the entire day.

I am requesting a variety of different snacks such as fruit leathers, goldfish crackers, and a few others.

My students make me laugh every day, and they are so very curious. They remind me of why I chose this profession.
