Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom consists of 2 sessions, one in the am and one in the pm. Both of my classes have 12 students in them. All of my students come from low-income homes and all of them are special needs.
These Camelbak water bottles will be used for the children to take their water outside when we go to recess.
The 5-gallon water jug will be used in our water machine to help fill up these water bottles for the children.
The frosted animal crackers will be given to the children during our snack time right before they get ready to board the buses to go home.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
