My Project

As a school psychologist, I am acutely aware of the challenges students face, including hunger during the school day. Many students often ask for snacks, which can affect their concentration and overall well-being. This project aims to sponsor a variety of snacks to ensure that all students have access to nutritious food throughout the day.

Objectives

Promote Student Well-being: Ensure that students have access to snacks that help them maintain energy and focus in the classroom.

Support Social-Emotional Learning: Use snack breaks as opportunities for social interaction and community building among students.

Encourage Healthy Eating Habits: Provide a range of healthy snack options to promote better nutrition among students.

Expected Outcomes

Reduced Hunger: Students will have access to snacks that help sustain their energy levels.

Improved Focus and Learning: Well-nourished students are better able to concentrate and engage in classroom activities.Positive School Environment: Providing snacks can foster a sense of community and support among students.

The “Snack Support for Student Success” initiative will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students by addressing their nutritional needs.
