Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our classroom, we believe that hungry minds are learning minds. To help students stay focused and energized as they work on their reading and writing, we’re requesting a variety of snacks, including Oreo cookies, Ritz crackers, Teddy Grahams, Goldfish, popcorn, and chips.
These snacks will provide a much-needed boost during long school days, helping students concentrate during literacy activities like independent reading, writing workshops, and small group discussions.
For many of our learners, a healthy snack can mean the difference between distraction and success.
