This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I admire my students for showing up each and everyday! Many of them come to school facing obstacles beyond their years, and yet they show up each day ready to grow.
This project includes snacks and a storage container, and while that may seem simple, it’s truly powerful.
The snacks will help students stay focused, energized, and ready to engage in learning throughout the day—especially for those who might not always have enough to eat at home. The storage container will keep everything organized, clean, and accessible, creating a system that respects students’ dignity and supports their independence.
