My Project

Snacks provide students with a quick source of energy, helping them stay focused and attentive during lessons. This is particularly important during long school days or after physical activities.

Offering nutritious snacks like fruits, nuts, or whole grains can encourage students to make healthier food choices.

When students are hungry, their ability to concentrate and participate in class decreases. A healthy snack can help maintain their energy levels and cognitive function. Lastly, scheduled snack times can create a routine that students look forward to, providing a break and helping manage their day.
