My Project
I teach an amazing group of students in one of the most diverse schools in the country. We have a large population of English language learners, including newcomers. My students love coming to school, and they love learning! I am requesting snacks for recess, field trips, and special celebrations I will also use the snacks for students who forget their snacks.
Snack time is an important part of our school day.
My students are able to eat a mid-morning snack to nourish and fuel their brains. Many of them don't eat breakfast in the morning, so a snack is essential. I would like to provide my students with simple snacks like Rice Krispy treats, Pringles, and fruit snacks during snack time.
By providing my students with snacks, they will have the energy needed to concentrate on assignments and will feel good about participating during class. I have also requested some sweet treats like chocolate chips and coconut that will be used for a cooking experience and PBIS rewards. Thank you for your support!
