My Project

During our extended breaks, student's get a break from schoolwork, but for several children it can also mean a break from their only reliable source snacks and a meal, the subsidized school meal program.

“One person can make a difference and every person should try” – JFK.

Breaks can be a tough time for some families. Every school day, our students receive breakfast, lunch, morning snack and an afternoon snack.

Providing 50 students at my school with a box full of food and snacks, will give them a sense of familiarity/comfort during the many breaks we have over the next four months.
